County Superior Court Domestic Relations Filing Fees
The Maricopa
County Superior Court charges a filing fee by law to file and
process documents through the Court. Below is the schedule
of fees that the Court charges. The Superior Court will
defer your Court Costs if you currently do not have the money
to pay the filing fee right now. In most cases, the court will
give you 90 days to pay. If you are receiving government assistance
such as food stamps, the court may waive your filing fees and
you will not ever have to pay the filing fees. Discount Divorce
